Same as last year, plus:

Lots of moving pieces in this one, need to lock down parts:
	- emacs installation locally
	- make sure Desktop folder is set up, open finder window to desktop prior to starting
	- make sure WiFi connected, SSH works without two-step
	- make sure poll is working

- don't show emacs in first demo, save for second? (DONE)
