Developing software, you're constantly facing a surprisingly tricky choice: of all the things you could work on, which ones are worth your time? How should you spend your next hour? Your next day? A team building a new product will make a thousand such decisions -- and the ultimate success or failure of their venture will largely be determined by those choices. Starting from these questions, this talk will explore the principles underlying the Lean Startup, with a goal of enabling teams to determine the best way to spend their time, in each moment.
