Dear Dr. Allison,

KG Ganapathi suggested that I forward a standard brief biographical summary.
I have excerpted something from the Fidelica business plan, and included it
below.

Dr. Keith DeConde is Chief Technical Officer at Fidelica Microsystems.
His background includes a broad mix of technical and business expertise in
rapid growth technology-oriented businesses. he comes to Fidelica
Microsystems from Moog, Inc., where he was the Manager of the Motion Systems
Division. There, he was responsible for engineering, operations and program
management related to the design and manufacture of high performance motion
control systems. Prior to Moog, Dr. DeConde was President and Chief
Operating Officer at Schaeffer Magnetics, Inc., and before that, he was
Manager of Manufacturing Engineering within the thin-film head division of
Applied Magnetics. He was Senior Staff Engineer at Perkin Elmer
Corporation, and at Princeton University he was a tenured Associate
Professor in the Department of Physics.

Sincerely,

Keith Deconde

Dear Dr. Allison,

KG Ganapathi has asked me to fill in for him tomorrow in presenting the talk
about MEMS on Glass and about Fidelica Microsystems. I can do that, but
would like to confirm with you beforehand, and make sure that is agreeable
for you.

If so, I'd also like to know if I when and where I should arrive, and if I
can connect a laptop to a Stanford projector for PowerPoint slides.

I tried calling your phone number, but the mailbox is full. If you wouldn't
mind, please call me as soon as convenient before tomorrow afternoon. It is
probably most efficient to use my cell phone number: (510) 468-5492.
