1/20: Stanford Bookstore will have the book by the end of the week.
The books just arrived in New York and being sent second-day air to Stanford, according
to the Sales Operations Manager of the New York office of Cambridge University Press.

1/11: Room change: We have moved to Sequoia 200 .

1/10: Joshi update:
One student who ordered from amazon.co.uk on December 30, using regular shipping, received the book on January 8.
Wilmott bookshop (UK) says that the book is "in stock, immediate dispatch"

1/7: Joshi update:
Stanford Bookstore says that the publisher says that the books will ship "any day" now.
bn.com shows 1-2 week availability, amazon.com shows 2-3 week availability,
Wilmott bookshop (UK) says that my copy (ordered in December) will ship on Jan 9.
