Math Exam Instructions

Prohibited Items during Exam:
- Calculators, headphones, cellphones, smart watches, smart glasses, other electronics/aids
- Books, graph/scratch paper, any outside materials

Reminders
- Exam proctors will be verifying your ID using the Canvas photo roster during the exam. Both hands must be visible at all times.
- Please use bathroom before the exam. There will be no bathroom access in the first 45 minutes. In the interval from 45 minutes into the exam to 15 minutes before the end of the exam, only one student at a time can leave the exam room to use the designated restrooms. You must go to a designated bathroom in the vicinity of the exam room.
- Please bring your exam booklet to the proctor in the front when you need to go to the bathroom. You will need to empty all pockets when leaving and returning to the exam room.
- With 5 minutes remaining, please stay seated as a courtesy to those using the last few minutes of time.
- When end of exam is announced, you must stop writing immediately, remain seated, pass your exam along to a proctor. You may only stand up to leave after all exams in the room are collected by proctors.
