MS&E 458 : Professional Decision Consulting
Fall 2006

Experienced consultants reveal their top lessons learned.  Student teams receive guidance on how to identify the value of consulting, find decisions among worries, write proposals, market and sell personal services, organize tasks, lead and manage project teams, incorporate decision and risk analyses, present results to diverse audiences, and gain commitment to action.

This is a practical course for students who want to understand what it is like to live day-to-day as a management consultant who helps executives make strategic decisions in the face of uncertainty and risk.
