Message Regarding Coronavirus

The IUC is gradually reverting to pre-pandemic conditions. The Summer 2023 program, which began on June 22, is fully in person, although students, faculty, and staff are required to submit negative COVID test results on a regular basis as a condition of attendance. Visitors are not required to test, but advance notification is required; please contact our office. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates when circumstances change. The Toshizo Watanabe Foundation Donates $10 Million to the IUC

IUC received a $10 million endowment gift from the Toshizo Watanabe Foundation. The donation represents the largest in the 54-year history of the IUC, and establishes the Toshizo Watanabe Fellows Program, providing scholarships for IUC students.
