Make Lists for Humor: List 10 things you are an expert in (you might need to widen your definition of “expert”). And for one week, make a daily list of 10 things.
Listen! When having a conversation – make sure you listen to the very end of the sentence the other person is saying. And don’t (intentionally or unintentionally) game the system by only listening only to the end of the sentence and tuning out during the middle of it.
Become a Master Observer: Make a conscious effort to observe the world around you. In those moments between your daily activities, make use of all your senses (not just “touch,” for texting on your phone) and take mental notes, so you have material to turn into humor later.
