About HelpSU

Many departments on campus use HelpSU to accept and track requests for help on a variety of subjects. These departments include central offices such as Payroll, Travel & Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, computing support groups in all the schools and VP areas, including ITSS and SUL/AIR and those groups supporting campus business applications such as Oracle and PeopleSoft.
