HelpSU System Upgrade
The HelpSU request-tracking application is being upgraded this weekend and is not available from 7:30 a.m. Saturday, March 7th to noon on Sunday, March 8th.
HelpSU requests entered while the system is being upgraded will be queued and delivered to the appropriate support group when the application comes back online Sunday afternoon (or sooner, if possible).
Submit a HelpSU request now, for queuing until the afternoon of Sunday, March 8th.
