All Halls
Celebrate Black Heritage Month with a special menu in all halls consisting of: Creole gumbo soup with dirty rice, tossed slaw with green apples and almond praline, romaine and crab salad, bourbon chicken in sweet potato shells, mustard green souffle, jalapeno corn bread, vegetable jambalaya, homemade chocolate lava cake, homemade fresh fruit tarts.
