Each dining hall will have its own tent and theme.  Tickets available at the event, but bypass the line by picking up advance tickets at a dining hall for one meal plan swipe or $12 by credit card. All dining halls will be CLOSED during Spring Faire except for Lakeside.

Fred Alexander and Jan Barker-Alexander will cook up a feast that includes Gumbo, Cajun Fried Chicken, Crawfish Etoufee, Vegetable Jambalaya, Fred's Fried Catfish, King Cake and Beignets. There will also be a New Orleans jazz band and a performance by Stanford Capoeira.
