19 Mar 2014: Original set of MPS files, including zip files for
             three systems biology models.
             The zip files may be submitted to NEOS.
05 Sep 2016: Ambros Gleixner advised that GlcAlift.mps contains
             some lower bounds as -Inf (instead of -1E+20 say).
13 Sep 2016: dumpMPS.m replaced by writeMPS.m.  Bounds now valid.
             TMA_ME.mps, GlcAerWT.mps, GlcAlift.mps regenerated
             along with corresponding zip files.
