Guide for Artists and Researchers


The Registry has two responsibilities:


1. To accurately present the data and images provided by the artists
2. To provide a web page for each artist-researcher arrangement made in response to an artist’s listing

The web page will include:
• the image, information about the image and information about the artist who produced it
• a summary of the biology depicted, as described by the researcher
• information about its exhibition

The gallery exhibiting the artwork will have access to the page to make printouts available for patrons.


Participating Artists:
When you have completed arrangements with a researcher, please fill out and submit the Artist Participation Form.

As noted above, upon receipt of your form, we will produce the web page for the image and a summary of the
research depicted.
