The GSB Ph.D. Program is pleased to provide each student with a credit in the amount of $2,600 (including taxes, shipping and e-waste fees) for computer purchase. You may exceed this limit by paying for the overage on your own; you will not get any credit or refund for using less than the $2,600 allocation. Once you have all your items in the cart, please "Check Out as Order". Complete residence information (needed only for warranty registration). Payment is not required if you are within the $2,600 budget. When your order is ready, the Stanford Bookstore will contact you for pick up at the Bookstore. None of the purchase may be returned to the Bookstore for cash. Email questions to computers@bookstore.stanford.org. Requests for exceptions to the list of items below may be addressed to Koryn Dillard, Associate Director of the Ph.D. Program at kdillard@stanford.edu. Requests should include a detailed explanation of how the item is critical to your research progress. The requested item must be available at the Stanford Bookstore. *Extended warranties are not subject to tax. In the cart, the computers' prices will be divided between the "taxable" and "non-taxable" values. The CA E-waste fee, when applicable, will also be added in the "non-taxable" value.
