About

Tua studies development expertise and turning ideas into improvements in product design, entrepreneurship, management, and teaching. She has worked in the founding team of the Design Factory, a multidisciplinary experimentation platform in Aalto University, Finland, for students, teachers, researcher, practitioners and budding entrepreneurs. In the Designing Education Lab, Tua is joining the investigation on how experiences during engineering education shape students' subsequent willingness and confidence in pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship. She's also conducting a longitudinal study of entrepreneurs pursuing opportunities in different ecosystems.
