new MATLAB is in /farmshare/software/non-free/MATLAB-R2013a 

Dynare is installed in /farmshare/software/free/

I built it with: $ ./configure --with-matlab=/farmshare/software/non-free/MATLAB-R2013a MATLAB_VERSION=8.1

I replaced the file /farmshare/software/free/dynare-4.3.3/matlab/disp_dr.m with one that user howeiwu provided

After you launch MATLAB R2013a, simply do: 

 addpath /farmshare/software/free/dynare-4.3.3/matlab/
 help dynare
