Publius Project - Cyberspace, Internet Governance, and Public PolicyThe Wired Campus today reports that Harvard University’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society this week began the Publius Project, an online collection of essays discussing cyberspace, Internet governance, and public policy. "While the project is named after the pseudonym used to write the Federalist Papers, all essays on the site so far are signed. These works are covered by a Creative Commons license, meaning they can be copied, remixed, and republished so long as credit is attributed to the original authors." (Catherine Rampell)
