Q&A: Finding Help on RefWorks.

Question:
Do you have workshops on how to use RefWorks?

Answer:
We provide workshops for a class but not for individuals. However, there are some great, short tutorials on the Education Library's web page. The tutorials are audio and visual, with step by step instructions showing how to set up an account, export citations from a database or from Socrates, edit records within RefWorks, create a bibliography, and format in-text citations.

You can also look at step-by-step handouts at Help and Support on our Bibliographic Management Software page.

If you've never used RefWorks, give it a try as it is free to Stanford affiliates. RefWorks is a bibliographic management tool, similar to EndNote or Zotero.
