Kate Harkness, PhD, Visiting Professor

Kate Harkness is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She is interested in the genetic and psychosocial predictors of major depression in adolescence and young adulthood, including genetic vulnerability, childhood maltreatment, life events, and theory of mind. This year she is spending time with the team learning more about information processing in depression.
