The Stanford Materials Research Society (MRS) is excited to announce its first year of the MRS Graduate-Undergraduate Mentoring Program.
We will be pairing undergraduates with graduate students in the Materials Science and Engineering department to help provide answers to questions about being a MatSci major and what comes after undergrad. These mentoring groups will address such topics as potential career paths, being a competitive candidate for what comes after undergrad, research, and choosing to pursue or enter grad school.
The program is low-commitment, consisting of a Welcome Dinner in Winter quarter, two meet-ups per quarter defined by you and your mentoring group, and a Recognition Dinner in Spring quarter.
If you are an undergraduate student interested in being paired with a graduate mentor, please fill out this form by Monday, January 21.
