Search Fields

Admin Team Name - String

Department - String
Admin Teams are considered LNAs (local network administrators) for the department.

Example:
Find the Admin Teams who support Chemical Engineering
Search for Department = "Chemical Engineering"

Group - String
To modify an Admin Team, Users must be in the same Group.

Example:
Find all Admin Teams that a User in Group English can modify
Search for Group = "English"

Member - String
Member is a person in an Admin Team. Search by either SUNet ID (account name) or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID.

Example:
Search for all Admin Teams with John Doe as a member.
Search for Member = "John Doe"

E-Mail Address - String

Phone Number - String
Example:
Search for the phone number (123) 456-7890
Search for phone number = "?123? 456-7890"

Searches using fields which contain parenthesis, such as the phone number field, will fail if parenthesis are used. The workaround is to use asterisks (*) or question marks (?) in place of parenthesis.

Comment - String
Example:
Search for Nodes with comment mentioning "special" and "blue"
Search for comment = "*special*blue*".

Modified By - String
Modified By is the last User to change this record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.

Example:
Find records modified by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe)
Search for "Modified By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe"
or "Modified By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"

Modified Date - Date
Modified Date is the last time the record was modified.

Example:
Search for records modified on January 1, 2000.
On or After = 1/1/2000
Before = 1/2/2000

Created By - String
Created By is the User who created a record. Search by either SUNet ID or full name. For best results, use the unique SUNet ID. Note that only one field can be used at a time.

Example:
Find records created by either John Doe(jodoe) or Jane Doe(jadoe)
Search for "Created By SUNet ID = jodoe or jadoe"
or "Created By Name = Jane Doe or John Doe"

Created Date - Date
Created Date is the date that a record was created.

Example:
Search for records created on January 1, 2000.
On or After = 1/1/2000
Before = 1/2/2000
