Documentation

The AIM API is an application interface in Java for reading and writing AIM files.

The AIM API was developed by Hakan Bulu and Daniel Rubin at Stanford University.

To be able to use AIM Annotation Database Server you need to add org.restlet.jar file into your project. You can download it here.

The source code for the AIM API is in sourceforge.

Sample Projects

Project 1

The project produces sample AIM XML file about a Lesion on the mammogram.

Download;

  • DICOM Image in Jpeg format with its Region Of Interest (ROI); download.
  • Complete NetBeans Project Folder; download.
