Game FMRI

We are doing a functional connectivity analysis on the Game fMRI data, with the goal of investigating individual differences in connectivity during different portions of the video game task and their relationship to measures of attitude.

Process:

1. Dump out time courses for candidate ROIs:

  • Hippocampus
  • NAcc
  • Parahippocampal gyrus, individual difference point

2. Detrend using 3dDetrend, removing effects for:

  • motion
  • polynomial fixed effects (unless removed at processing stage)

3. Multiply regressor against TR's of interest, incorporating enough TR's to account for HRF.

4. Apply a regression to individual brains using modeled motion, and connectivity regressors of interest.

5. Individual differences regression.
