  • World Environment Day and Earth Day 2018: End Plastic Pollution

    Here's an easy way to help:

    REUSE A HOUSEHOLD SPRAY (DETERGENT/CLEANING) CONTAINER

    Trade the no longer needed advertising on an empty container with two new labels:
      FRONT LABEL: Canadian artist, Patricia Pepin's beautiful painting of river otters
          in pristine aquatic habitat
      BACK LABEL: useful information--including the container's new contents--
          and a caption that provides a science lens for the otter painting

    THREE STEPS:

      1. PREPARE AN APPROPRIATE CONTAINER
         • Cut away the removable label
         • Carefully clean the container*
         • Soak to help ensure the nozzle is free from any residue of the former cleaning contents
           
      2. ATTACH THE NEW LABELS
         • Make sure the outside surface is completely dry

      3. FILL AND RECORD CONTENTS

       *Science Art-Nature is not responsible if you choose an inappropriate container or inadequately clean the container you choose.

The pair of labels cost us $1.84. We will use the remaining $1.16 to cover some of our production expenses (designing the labels, producing this html, trips to the post office to pick up your label orders, and processing each order). If you can send a little more than $3.00, it will cover a little more of our effort.
