Science Art-Nature

   will present
Windows on Evolution a Celebration of Charles Darwin
a virtual Science Art exhibit beginning February 12, 2013

You can make a difference in the scope and reach of the upcoming exhibit.

Here's how.

We aim to encourage the production and exhibition of images that teach about evolution.
Please watch the video, review the list of incentives, and, if you can, select one or more. Your support will enable us to spread the word both on Darwin's Day, when international attention will be on the legacy of evolutionary theory, and beyond, as we maintain the exhibit indefinitely.

Here's why it matters.
This is the first juried virtual exhibit that we're aware of that is dedicated to evolution. We don't how many artists will participate, but we're preparing ourselves to process all of the qualified art we receive. Making the exhibit freely available to the public, and then working to expand the audience involves some expenses. Pledges that help cover them will help make the difference between a good exhibit and an excellent one seen by as large an audience as possible, where more students of biology (both young and old) will see the finding of evolutionary biologists portrayed by fine contemporary artists.

We hope you find something in the list of five incentives (below) that appeals to you...

or will appeal to your best friend...

or to a colleague...

or to someone you know who will be inspired by the art or the science (or both!).

As noted above, pledges for these incentives will help defray both the cost of bringing this art to everyone visiting the online exhibit, and the cost of encouraging other organizations and institutions to produce virtual Science Art exhibits.
