This Inventory Find of the Week falls between two annual celebrations of science, collections, and curiosity. Wednesday October 17th, 2018 was National Fossil Day, promoted by the National Park Service. Saturday October 20th is International Archaeology Day, spearheaded by the Archaeological Institute of America. Our inventory recently began on our North American collections, and we just happen to find several pieces that bring these bring these two great topics together.
