How to deal with broken links
- Page/site may still exist, but in a new location:
- URL slicing: successively remove trailing segments of the URL to seek the desired content at higher directory levels
- Using a search engine of your choice, search for key words, if known (title, author, subject, etc.)
- Page/site may no longer exist:
- Look for an archived version of the page/site on the Internet Archive Wayback Machine
