The vistadata repository includes data sets that are used in conjunction with the tutorial scripts in mrScripts. These scripts run on multiple platforms and the tutorial scripts expect certain data sets to be in the vistadata repository.

To checkout the vistadata repository use

svn co https://white.stanford.edu/repos/vistadata

There is no need to checkout a version on Linux becuase we maintain one checked-out copy of the vistadata in:

/usr/local/vistadata

You might need to update this version (svn update) from time to time. If you don't know what this means, ask Bob, Brian or Michael.

In addition to these data, there are additional but smaller sample data sets at Software download page.
