About Me

I am a PhD candidate in EE department at Stanford University, pursuing my degree under joint supervision of Lawrence M. Wein and Benjamin Van Roy. My research lies at the intersection of Reinforcement Learning and Operation Management with applications in Healthcare and Economics. Specifically, I use Statistical Machine Learning techniques to design algorithms that can learn to make decisions under uncertainty.

I have earned a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2015. Before joining Stanford, I received a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology in 2013.
