As I listened more and more to this audio track, I found myself growing happier. That's the power of music that I admire the most; it is emotion embodied in a more noticeable way. As I noted the title of the track itself was "Bye Bye Blues", I took two things from this: 1) I wanted to use only clips that had titles that also started with the letter 'B' to continue the alliteration throughout the short film, and 2) I wanted it to be something people could watch to feel lighter about their day, regardless of what happened in the past.

I took some inspiration from the cut-quality and slapstick hilarity of Charlie Chaplin and Lucille Ball, mixing both to create a quirky but quintessential creation of senseless humor, simply for enjoyment. Of course, I did order the clips to maintain some semblance of a story structure, but I leave the ambiguity to the viewer. In a way, I suppose this is a more tangible manifestation of my imagination and the flighty spirit I contain within my heart. Everything can be beautiful and funny in the purest way if you truly want it to be.
