Jean married (second), — –, 197– in —, Otha Rudolph Pryor. He was born December 8, 1919 in Olustee, Bryan County, Oklahoma, the son of Marion Jackson Pryor and Della M— (—) Pryor. He had previously married, August 23, 1941 in —, Hot Spring County, Arkansas, Ruby Irene Crum (Irene). She was born May 13, 1924 in —, Hot Spring County, Arkansas, the daughter of Frank Madison Crum and Lela J— (Haggard) Crum. Both were of Malvern, Hot Spring County, Arkansas at the time. Otha had two children from his marriage to Irene.

1. Rudolph Victor Pryor, born May 23, 1973 in —, Yolo County, California. Died January 23, 1980 in —, Yolo County, California.

Jean Pryor lived in Woodland, Yolo County, California at the time of her father’s death in November 1976.

Jean married (third), May 28, 1987 in Reno, Nevada, Leon Lavon Loftis. He was born March 2, 1937 in —, Oklahoma, the son of — Loftis and — (—) Loftis. He had previously married, October 4, 1969 in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, Shirley E— Severa. She was born — –, 19–, in —, the daughter of — — and — (—)—. Leon had two children from this previous marriage. Leon worked as a label making operator for forty years with Pacific Coast Producers in Oroville.

Jean Loftis lived in the area of Live Oak in 2005. Jean and Leon’s most recent known address is 9642 K Street, Live Oak, California.

Leon died June 28, 2011, aged 74, at Rideout Memorial Hospital, Marysville, Yuba County, California. He was still a resident of Live Oak at the time. He was survived by his wife, two children, four stepchildren, several grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Visitation was held from 2-4 P.M., Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City. Graveside services were held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at Live Oak Cemetery in Live Oak, California. Arrangements were under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel of Yuba City, California. Interment was in Live Oak Cemetery, Live Oak, Sutter County, California.

Jean died February 4, 2012, aged 79. She was still a resident of Live Oak at the time, and was described as a homemaker and a long time resident of the Yuba-Sutter area. She was survived by one stepchild, two children, several grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Graveside services were conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Live Oak Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Ullrey Memorial Chapel.

Appendix.

— Belcher continued to live in Oxnard after his divorce from Jean. He married (second), October 24, 1970 in —, Clark County, Nevada, Rosalia Othon (Rose). She was born September 4, 1921 in —, California, the daughter of Edward Othon and Ynocentia (—) Othon. Both were of California at the time. The Belchers lived in Oxnard in 1993, and Victorville, San Bernardino County, California in May, 2004, when Rose's sister Sara Escalante died. Rose Belcher died December 15, 2004 in Victorville. Her husband subsequently married a third time.

Otha R. Pryor died July 24, 1993 in Woodland, Yolo County, California. Burial was at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park, Sacramento, Sacramento County, California, in the same grave as his first wife Ruby Irene Pryor, who had died February 6, 1985 in —, Sutter County, California. Their grave bears a marker with the following inscription:
