The mission of the Southeast Asian Center (SEAC) is to empower the Southeast Asian - Vietnamese, Hmong, Laotian, and Cambodian communities of Syracuse, which total 3000 individuals and are growing steadily. SEAC works to overcome isolation of individuals and families through various supportive community building activities and programs, and to increase independence to overcome the overwhelmingly disempowering refugee experience.
