COMMUNITY RHETORICS:
Conference #1 (October 10 and 13)
This is a peer review conference (to include you, me, and your peer review partner) in which we will discuss your and your partner's drafts of the "Leap-of-Faith" essay. Please read and review your partner's draft prior to conference. This review will be based on the peer review questions for this particular assignment. Please bring the completed peer review form to conference. This conference will run between 1 and 1 1/4 hours.
Conference #2 (during the week of October 28)
During this brief conference, you and other students working with the same community agency will meet with me to check in about the nature of your Community Writing project and your strategies for accomplishing it. We will likely discuss research paper topics as well, especially if they are directly related to your community work.

Conference #3 (during the week of November 3)
During this conference we will discuss the draft of your Community Writing Project. If you consider your project to be collaborative, sign up for two adjoining time slots with your peer partner(s); if your project is individual, sign up for one time slot.

Conference #4 (between November 21 and 25)
In this peer review conference, we will discuss drafts of the research paper. Each conference will include you, me, and your peer review partner(s) and will run approximately 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Please bring with you the written peer review of your partner's draft.
