About me

I'm a second year PhD student at the Department of Statistics at Stanford University. I am fortunate to be a recipient of the William R. Hewlett Stanford Graduate Fellowship. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor's degree in Computational Mathematics from Peking University.

I'm broadly interested in mathematical theory and algorithms for high dimensional data and statistical models.

Here is my CV.

  • Our paper ‘‘Asymmetry Helps: Eigenvalue and Eigenvector Analyses of Asymmetrically Perturbed Low-Rank Matrices’’ has been accepted to Annals of Statistics.

  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Stanford Univeristy, 2019 – present

  • B.S. in Mathematics, Peking Univerisy, 2015 – 2019
