The projects below involved methodologies & tools developed and shared by internal consultants. Utilized my expertise in web development, internal corporate standards, and collaboration to convert these PowerPoint slide presentations into useful websites. Consultants could then share these tools from a common
web interface, via password protected areas, captured in one place
for more useful business collaboration.

Department Websites
Supported a variety of departments that started out as one small department (30 people) and quickly grew and expanded to additional larger groups. As HP went through many internal re-organizations, my role expanded to eventually support over 200 internal business consultants. Below are a few websites that I developed and maintained.
These were either internal to our department or to HP as a whole (who also happened to be our business clients), all utilizing security standards internal to HP.

Funnel Database Tool
Project Manager and Front End Developer for major consultant tool renovation. The Funnel Database tool was a database with a web interface, that tracked the projects, time, methodologies, value measurement and reporting for
all business consultants in our department. Consultants went from tracking their time and projects in Excel spreadsheets (one per project), to a sophisticated web tool that accomplished the same results but in a web-based, dynamic environment.
Collaborated with management, IT support, outside consultants, and business consultants to design, develop (front end ASP), test, and deploy this tool for better utilization and reporting.

- Website Project Maintenance - Where Lead Consultants set up their project information.
- Consultant Data Entry Screen - Where consultants entered and tracked their billable & non-billable time. Calculated time based on different departmental needs (e.g. hourly vs. weekly).
- LogiXML Report Writer Interface - Sophisticated reporting software that I customized for business consulants' intricate reports. This report shows each consultant's time per month with one consultant detail expanded to show the project detail for that consultant.

Newsletters
Organized and captured information allowing easy categorization, research and data entry via a web-based interface. It also made newsletter content readily available to business partners, department sponsors and employees.
