Policy on Sale of Class Notes
All course registrants receive a color booklet of course notes,
which are reduced copies of the overhead slides (two up).
These notes are not sold separately --- our product is the course, not
the notes. Registrants who do not cancel but fail to show up for the
course, will receive the notes and any other course materials by mail.
