|Marine Connectivity in the Coral Triangle - As an undergraduate member of the diversity project, lead by NSF Coral Triangle PIs Paul Barber (UCLA) and Kent Carpenter (ODU) I studied population substructuring of the clownfish Amphiprion clarkii, a widely distributed ornamental fish. Like other species in the Coral Triangle, the epicenter of marine biodiversity, its ability to disperse is affected by abiotic and biotic factors alike.|
