Order processed by Robert and Sheila. The mirror/frame arrived but the mirror was broken. Robert will try to find a new mirror.

Parvati sent the subcontract out.

Quote for API & software is $8,000 + 15% per year for maintenance & upgrades. Parvati asked that Robert go ahead and order vis Sheila.

Last Mile Proposal

LeRoy talked with librarian (Debbie) who advised him of another funding possibility. LeRoy and Margaret are working on a needs assessment--need input from David. Parvati suggested that LeRoy contact Valerie Florence at NSF to get more advice.

Collaborative Software Review

Chris suggested that it is possible to use our current Wiki but add templates. Steve had reviewed Contribute and felt it might be doable but it does require FTP. Parvati suggested Sparrow might be a possibility.

Parvati relayed that Rahul determined that Elegon needs some compilers. Steve verified that during the meeting. Will finish this up with Teresa when he returns in January.

NGI Video

Add to 2 video streaming servers: Steve's & ....?. Work with Michelle to get access. Put up on NGI Web page. (Robert)

New Projects

MMVR

Parvati will attend TATRC reception. Steve will be leading the stereo session. Ken is giving a paper on Saturday. Parvati received invitation to "Virtual Soldier" sessions on Friday. Parvati suggested that Robert attend and work out arrangements with Sheila for travel.

Simulation workshop - Tuesday, Jan. 13th

Stanford workshop for faculty to discuss using simulations for med students/grad students, residents, physicians, Allied Health students. It will be held in Clark Center. Keynote will be delivered by Rick Saravo (sp?). Other invited panelists include Kelly Skeff, William Swartout, Miriam Curet, Robert Georhsm but not all have accepted.
