Our first full day was relatively relaxed. We drove west, stopping first at the lookout at Hanalei and then visiting the taro fields below. We also visited an old cemetery along the Hanalei River to check out the trail head for a hike we planned for later, and took pictures of a pair of Nene who were feeding there. We followed the road to it's end at Ke'e Beach and the start of the Napali Coast. On the way back we took a walk down to Queen's Bath in the Princeville area.
