· 10/24 Varsity Field Hockey lost to Monta Vista 2—0.

· An amazing improvement from game 1 against MVista. Homestead dominated the first half.

· Despite continued injuries awesome performances by April Jevons, Laura Strawbridge and Emily Brown.

· 10/24 The JV played an intense game against Monta Vista that unfortunately resulted in a scoreless tied game.

· Strong performances were made by many players, and the entire team played very well together as a unit.

· Goalkeeper Andrea Francu made several saves and reacted well to a tough offensive attack.

· Come out to cheer us on next Wednesday, as we take on Los Gatos at home.

· Varsity beat Lynbrook 2:0.

· Goals were scored by Laura Strawbridge and Kristina. Homestead dominated the game. Audrey Fellows, Julie Davis and Emily Brown had a great defensive game!

· Varsity took a 0—3 loss to Saratoga

· Despite a season full of injuries and movement of players Homestead never let up. Emily Brown had an incredible defensive game and Audrey Fellows moved to the back to lead the defensive charge.
