wp.bat on desktop runs c:\wp51\wp

c:\wp51 and c:\usr\wp51 are IDENTICAL as of today, 10/20/13. 
both have the date you look at them as the date of the directory. 
but nothing in either is from 2013.  both have subdirectories
MACROS and MACROS.ORI, neither of which have anything later than
3/23/2009

the 'location of files' in wp (which must be the one NOT in usr -
but maybe they are the same!)
     backup is c:\usr\wputil\backup
     macros is c:\usr\wputil\macros
     everything else is c:\wp51 except
     DOCS is currently c:\USR (i change this if i'm working on
something specific in a particular subdirectory.)

this _README.TXT file will be in both c:\wp51 and c:\usr\wp51
that makes both directories have 115 items (windows explorer) or
2 dirs + 113 files (wp).
