| Comments: | This is one of my favorite galaxies. Some people think it looks more like a UFO than a "sombrero" (a hat). What do you think? According to Wikipedia, the galaxy lies 30 Million light-years away. The radius of the galaxy is about 38000 light-years in length. It is in the constellation Virgo, but does not belong to the Virgo cluster of galaxies. |
