  • Date: June 4, 2014 (Wed)

  • Time: 4.15PM–5:45PM (90 minutes)

  • Venue: EDUC128

  • Note: You are allowed to bring in one A4 (or similarly-sized) handwritten note and a calculator (thank god!). No other electronic devices or printed material are allowed.

Preparing for the exam

Course Reader

  • Read chapters 4, 9 (excluding 9.4), 10, 11, 12.

  • If you find Chapter 12 difficult to read, start with the brief notes here.

  • Solve all end-of-chapter problems. Brief solutions can be found here (for Chapters 4 and 9) and here (for Chapters 11 and 12).

Assignments

  • Make sure you understand how to solve every problem in Assignments 3 and 4.

  • Solutions have been posted on the Assignments page.
