41 year-old athletic male with history of hyperlipidemia who experienced an episode of precordial chest discomfort with radiation to his left arm while jogging uphill.Exercise ECG on 12/9/91:
- 13 minutes duration
- Peak HR=156 (85% max) and BP=180/67
- No chest pain
- No ST segment depression
