The PET findings reveal a normal resting myocardial perfusion. There is a moderate stress induced worsening of perfusion involving the mid and distal anterior and anteroseptal walls (arrows), as well as the apex. The PET findings are consistent with the presence of a hemodynamically significant LAD stenosis past the diagonal branch.
The polar maps confirm the stress induced worsening of perfusion in the LAD territory. To review the medical images, select one of the following:
Follow-Up
Coronary angiogram on 12/13/91:
- LAD: 95% stenosis past the diagonal brach
- LCx: normal
- RCA: normal
Successful PTCA of LAD stenosis
