You are asked to determine whether or not there has been a recurrence of tumor.

Clinical History

A 50 year-old woman presents with a history of ovarian carcinoma treated with surgery. She is experiencing a recurrence of vague symptoms in the lower abdomen.

CA-125 values have increased since the last examination.

Imaging

  • Whole-Body FDG-PET
  • Diagnosis

    Select a reading when you are ready to solve the case.
  • Tumor has recurred
  • No evidence for tumor recurrence
