Overview:
This year, Stanford Taekwondo will offer only traditional poomsae competition. Traditional poomsae consist of performing the poomsae corresponding to one's belt rank- only one poomsae is performed. Traditional poomsae can only be performed as an individual but is available for all ranks.
Traditional Poomsae/Forms Rules:
The only poomsae accepted is the Taegeuk series for color belts, and Koryo, Keumgang, Taebaek, Pyungwon, Shipjin, Jitae, Chonkwon, and Hansu for black belts. These are all recognized by USAT and WTF. The poomsae must match the rank.
