The following are tab-delimited files containing gene expresion data for the following publications. The best way to view these files as pseudocolored images is to download the software Java TreeView, which is available at http://jtreeview.sourceforge.net/. Download the version that is appropriate for your computer (Windows, Linux, or Mac OS). You have to have Java on board. Once loaded, open one of the cdt files. The atr and gtr files will be used by the software to draw the dendrograms.

The datasets are also available at the Stanford Microarray Database
