Darryl Wheye

Artist, author and researcher who has served as liaison between artists and scientists in raising the visibility of Science Art and whose last book, Humans, Nature, and Birds: Science Art from Cave Walls to Computer Screens, written with Stanford President emeritus and Science Art-Nature founding Chair Donald Kennedy (and supported in part by a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation) was winner of the Nature category of ForeWord Magazine’s 2008 Book of the Year Award
